Due to a recent policy change by Apple, where they announced UDIDs are not authorized within iOS7, Philips Speech Processing Solutions triggered a new identifier for the Philips Dictation Recorder App.  As a result, the Mobile Server also received an update.  This new version automatically swaps the new identified which has 36 characters to the appropriate user based of the entered email address in the Mobile Server.  In addition, the email field becomes mandatory in the new iPhone version 3.0.24.  The guide below will walk you through the process of upgrading the Mobile Server to v2.1.17.  Illustrated Screen Shots have been included for your convenience.

Important Note: Mobile Server clients must upgrade their Mobile Server prior to upgrading their Apple devices to iOS7.
