With a Support Me, we provide one of your team members with help desk support for a full year.
In addition to technical support, the Support Me includes one hour of almost anything you need, including installation, configuration, or training.
If you get an error message, or your hardware/software stops working properly, you can contact us to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. You can use this part of the service as much as you need during the year.
Support Me includes (1) hour of service, which can be subdivided into 15-minute increments or used all at once. It covers any software or hardware needs related to installation and setup, customization, or training. Please note that this is a per-user solution, and all services are performed using remote help desk support software.
