Yes, Philips released a Dongle Test Tool to check whether the dongle is functioning properly. As you know, the dongle are no longer packaged with the Philips Digital Pocket Memos, they were replaced by the Smart Key.
The Smart Key allows users to transfer the license from the Smart Key to the Computer. If you need the Philips Dongle Test Tool, it can be found on our FTP site.
