There are two places to set notifications in the transcription module.
First, go to Tools > Options. In the Workflow tab, look for the section called ‘Notification’. Here you can set the notification to be enabled for every new dictation and the interval for how often the person is notified. Or you can set it to notify for only high priority dictations. You can then choose whether you want a pop up, sound or both. You can also set to notify the transcriptionist when the module is not running.
Second, go to Folder Settings and in the properties you will need to set the Notifications to ‘Yes’ for each folder. As in the picture below:
