I receive an Internal Error message when opening the Philips SpeechExec Pro v7.0 SR1 software, how can I fix it?

I recieve an Error 1304, 1335 while installing Philips SpeechExec Pro v5 software.

Installation of a SpeechExec 5.0 b420 software, via packaged CD,  may fail with a 1335 error message but only on some computers.

May also produce an error 1304 message !
