Is it possible to set up enough folders and subfolders so each unit will download to it’s own folder?

Question: I have a scenario where 28 different 9370 users want to use 1 docking station on 1 computer. Is it possible to set up enough folders and subfolders so each unit will download to it’s own folder?
Yes, If you set up the software so that a subfolder is created based on keyword 1 (author name) each user’s file will download to a specific subfolder.
To do so:
1. Open Philips S/E Pro Dictate
2. Go to Settings > General Settings > Rules > Subfolder creation
3. Select [Create a subfolder in the destination folder based on properties values]
4. Select [Properties] and choose [Author].
