This ‘no USB audio’ is a feature of the recorder for integrator partners. In rare occasions, after a firmware upgrade, the recorder no longer supports USB Audio when connected to the PC. This can be rectified by a remote session to a Windows PC where the hardware is connected and acted upon by the Philips SDK tool.
