Synopsis: I have a group of users, using the Philips SpeechMike with Barcode readers.  They are supposed to scan 3 barcodes then dictate, then press EOL to finish the audio file.
The problem :  The users can’t seem to remember to press EOL to finish the dictation.  They then start scanning new barcodes which are placed onto the existing file.
Question: Is there a way to limit the number of barcode scans per file?
Answer: No, you can make the fields mandatory before starting a new dictations but there is no way to force them to press the EOL button to end the dictation, they will have to remember to start a new file before scanning again.
