Yes, the Dictaphone PowerMic II can be used within the Philips SpeechExec Enterprise V4 application but with limited functionality.

You can use the PowerMic II as a basic input device and record dictations and/or product documents using front-end speech recognition, however; you will not have use of any buttons on the PowerMic II.  As a result, you will have to manually control your dictations using the buttons in the Toolbar of the software.  This, of course, limits your functionality and the efficiency of the Philips Enterprise solution.   For this reason, I recommend using the Philips SpeechMike II or III due to its seamless integration.
