We Guarantee

If you are a current Train Me, Productivity Package, or Train the Trainer customer of ours, and find that you are not completely satisfied with your overall training experience, please let us know. Notify us within 30 days of the last training session, and we’ll make it right by offering you another round of trainings.

How Can I Give Training Feedback?

Your Certified eSupport trainer will send you a brief satisfaction survey following each of your training sessions.

All of your feedback is reviewed by management, and any necessary changes are incorporated into future sessions—to improve your overall training experience.

Terms & Conditions

We want you to be fully satisfied with your training. If you determine that we didn’t meet that goal, here’s what we need from you:

1. First of all, we’re extending this assurance specifically to our current Train Me, Productivity Package, or Train the Trainer members.

Other members don’t qualify for this assurance at this time—but please feel free to send us any feedback about your experience.

2. Please notify us, by phone or email, within 30 days of your last training session.

3. All of our training courses follow a predetermined course agenda. To qualify for re-training, please ensure that you have completed all sections of the course for your chosen speech solution(s).
