Within 30 days of your renewal date (on either side), select and purchase the service(s) that you need, and your discount will be added at the time of checkout. Please make sure that you are signed in with the same account you purchased services with previously.

Renewal takes place one year from the date of purchase. Your renewal date is listed in your Certified eSupport Welcome Kit—and you should also receive at least two email reminders from us.
