A streamlined Repair and Warranty Process
In tradition of providing top customer service and satisfaction, eDist and Certified eSupport (CES) are happy to announce a streamlined Repair and Warranty process. Any future Repair and Warranty inquiries, for all Olympus dictation products, will be facilitated through Olympus America Inc CPG Customer Care and Support. This new process will have a hard start date of April 10th, 2019. eDist and Certified eSupport (CES) will remain your contact for troubleshooting and product support questions, but once it’s determined a repair is needed, please follow the process below.
It’s easy! To make a repair request or warranty claim:
Visit https://www.olympusedesk.com/cpgrepairs/cpg_rmaform.asp Fill out the repair form and hit the submit button. You will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions*. Be sure to include the confirmation page with your shipment. Any current repair and warranty claims will be completed by CES. If, you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us.
*If you are making a warranty claim – you will need to include a copy of the sales receipt and the confirmation page you received in your email along with the device to be repaired.
